We are seeking a career-minded, positive, and energetic B2B Salesperson to join our team. This position is a hybrid role with significant travel. We are offering a base salary plus lucrative commission structure. Your primary customer base is in the entertainment/restaurant industry. Must have a reliable vehicle!

Job Description
As the sale representative, your primary responsibility is to generate revenue and drive sales growth for the company's products. The candidate must possess a proven ability to build relationships and work independently to; prospect, communicate effectively and actively network. In addition, they must demonstrate a strong customer focus, phenomenal phone skills, and solid negotiation and presentation skills. Individuals experienced in sales and account management who are self-starters and have a strong drive to win over new clients and build new business are the ideal fit for this position.
First consideration given to applicants with strong contacts in: Vending Machine Placement, selling to Bars, Restaurants and entertainment centers (bowling, bounce houses, arcades, etc.), Commercial Real Estate and Hotels/Cruise Lines.
$50,000 - $60,000 plus commission

Responsibilities:
- Identify and Prospect Leads: Research and identify potential customers within the designated market segment. Develop a targeted approach to reach out to prospects, whether through cold calling, networking, attending events, or leveraging online platforms.
- Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the features, benefits, and applications of the products or services you are selling. Be able to articulate the value proposition to potential customers effectively.
- Sales Quotas: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas. Regularly track and report progress towards achieving goals to the sales manager.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate with prospects to secure deals at favorable terms for the company while ensuring customer satisfaction. Skillfully handle objections and concerns to close sales successfully.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers. Follow up on leads, engage in regular communication, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities. Use this information to enhance sales strategies and improve product positioning.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to align efforts and provide valuable insights from customer interactions.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prospects in the company's CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts as required.
Professional Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of successful B2B sales experience and proven track record for closing new accounts.
- High level of comfort performing cold calls and delivering professional presentations
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Action and results oriented attitude – strong skills to close the sale
- Passion for building relationships and enjoys working in an atmosphere focused on fun!
- Familiarity with CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and sales tools is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace new sales techniques and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
